You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and online platforms, provide tailored recommendations, and support students through enrollment to achieve monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Education Consultant, Student Advisor, Business Development, Customer Success, or related roles.
• Experience in consultative selling and student counseling is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to understand needs and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

This is a sales-oriented role, with warm leads provided by the company and no cold calling required.

Job Description

• Handle incoming leads and inquiries from prospective students via WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
• Conduct consultations to understand students' academic background, goals, preferences, and needs.
• Provide relevant information and recommendations on suitable study-abroad programs, scholarships, and opportunities based on students' needs.
• Guide prospective students through the decision-making and enrollment process, including addressing questions, concerns, and objections.
• Follow up with prospective students and manage the sales process from consultation to enrollment.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and student data in the CRM/internal database.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth consultation and enrollment process.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Education Consultant, Student Advisor, Business Development, Customer Success, or related roles.
• Experience in consultative selling, student counseling/consultation, lead follow-up, and closing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand needs, build trust, and provide relevant recommendations.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Proactive, persuasive, target-oriented, and resilient in following up with leads.
• Comfortable using English in a professional working environment.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends when required.
• Owns a personal laptop and has reliable internet access.
