Superles is seeking an Education Consultant / Sales to guide prospective students and parents toward the best learning programs, explaining options and advantages. You will follow up leads via WhatsApp and calls, build trust, and manage enrollment from consultation to registration.

You should be confident in communication, skilled in selling and negotiation, and motivated to meet targets. Fresh grads with strong communication are welcome; incentives and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK; D3/S1 is an added value.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in communicating with students and parents.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented with motivation to achieve results.
• Responsive, proactive, disciplined and responsible.
• Able to work individually and in teams.
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, education consulting, or tutoring is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome if they have willingness to learn and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve and provide consultation to prospective students and parents regarding learning programs.
• Explain programs, facilities, learning methods, and Superless advantages.
• Conduct follow-up with leads through WhatsApp, telephone, and direct communication.
• Build relationships to increase trust and conversion.
• Manage student registration from consultation to enrollment.
• Coordinate with academic and operational teams to ensure student needs are met.
• Create reports on sales activities and achievements regularly.
