Job summary

Ruangguru is a tech-enabled education company focused on giving students access to quality content and services. This role supports the Academic Team by tracking student progress and following up with actionable updates to ensure ongoing engagement.

You will build strong relationships with students through motivation, guidance, and continuous support, while contributing to sales activities and helping learners choose the right programs. This role targets individual and team goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
