Ruangguru is seeking a proactive Education Sales Associate to engage prospective students, provide accurate information, and support the Academic Team in delivering a high-quality learning experience. You will monitor students' learning progress, communicate updates, and help families understand how Ruangguru can meet their needs.

You will build strong relationships with students, motivate and guide them through their learning journey, and contribute to achieving individual and team targets for

Competenze

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Target-driven and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
