Job summary

Ruangguru, a tech-enabled education company, is seeking a Sales/Student Success Associate to monitor students' learning progress and communicate updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.

Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey, and support sales activities by engaging prospective students and helping them make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 or equivalent completed.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Owns a smartphone and laptop.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
