PT Mahadana Dasha Utama in Jakarta seeks a PMO/Portfolio Analyst to support the Portfolio Manager by maintaining data, reporting and governance infrastructure behind the Group project portfolio. The role focuses on SBU strategic initiatives, group-wide projects, and M&A, providing first-line administration and analysis.

You will validate and consolidate initiative data, prepare reporting packs, surface exceptions, and coordinate actions with project owners and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in PMO, corporate strategy, transformation, or consulting.
• Experience in project/initiative tracking and management reporting.
• Professional certification in project management is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with portfolio tools like MS Project/Smartsheet/Power BI.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English; strong communication and data skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the Group initiative tracker as the single source of data for SBU strategic initiatives.
• Prepare recurring portfolio dashboards, management packs, and review materials.
• Administer the portfolio governance calendar and maintain minutes and action trackers.
• Maintain the risk, issue, and change log and prepare escalation summaries.
• Collect and reconcile benefit data and support due diligence and board materials.
• Coordinate group-wide projects and M&A information requests for reviews.
