Formación

• Bachelor's degree from any major, preferably in STEM, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or up to two years of working experience are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end execution of strategic and operational projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in developing process improvements, SOPs, and operational frameworks.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks.
• Conduct research and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Support ad-hoc initiatives and operational planning as needed.
