Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, International Business, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience related to digital transformation processes.
• Experience in strategic analysis, business planning, management consulting, project coordination, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholder inputs.

Responsibilities

• Support development of strategic plans by consolidating market, competitor, and business performance information for management discussions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Analyze business performance and explain variances to support decision-making.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiative proposals with milestones for review.
• Support execution of strategic and cross-functional projects and coordinate activities.
• Monitor project timelines and progress, document decisions, and escalate blockers.
• Coordinate discussions and communicate updates to stakeholders for consistent execution.
• Prepare management reports and ensure input validation for reliable materials.
• Maintain governance and information management through organized records and version control.
