PT Mahadana Dasha Utama in Jakarta seeks a PMO/Portfolio Analyst to support the Portfolio Manager by maintaining data, reporting and governance infrastructure behind the Group project portfolio. The role focuses on SBU strategic initiatives, group-wide projects, and M&A, providing first-line administration and analysis.
You will validate and consolidate initiative data, prepare reporting packs, surface exceptions, and coordinate actions with project owners and stakeholders.
Support the Portfolio Manager by maintaining the data, reporting, and governance infrastructure behind the Group project portfolio; with primary focus on the SBU strategic initiatives under the Group Strategy, alongside group-wide projects and group-level M&A. Act as the first line of portfolio administration and analysis: chasing, validating, and consolidating initiative data, preparing reporting packs and analysis, and documenting decisions and actions. Provide hands-on coordination and follow-through across initiatives, surfacing exceptions and escalations to the Portfolio Manager.
Maintain the Group initiative tracker as the single-source of data for SBU strategic initiatives under the Group Strategy – scope, owner, milestones, investment, and status. Chase and validate submissions from project owners, and flag data gaps, inconsistencies, and potential overlaps to the Portfolio Manager.
Prepare the recurring portfolio dashboard, management reporting packs, and review materials. Analyse progress against milestones, budget, and KPIs, and draft the observations and exceptions. Provide ad hoc analysis to support portfolio reviews and periodic refreshes of the Group Strategy.
Administer the portfolio governance calendar – schedule review forums and stage gates, issue reporting calls, circulate papers, and maintain minutes, decision logs, and action trackers through to closure. Maintain the PMO's standard templates, tools, and document repository, document process maps for key project workflows, and propose improvements.
Maintain the consolidated risk, issue, and change log across the portfolio and track mitigation actions against their due dates. Prepare escalation summaries for the Portfolio Manager and CPO.
Collect and reconcile benefit data against the approved business case for each initiative, including cross-SBU synergies, and prepare variance analysis and supporting evidence for validation by the Portfolio Manager and initiative owners.
Support group-wide projects and group-level M&A under the direction of the Portfolio Manager and CPO: maintain deal and workstream trackers, coordinate information requests across internal teams and external advisors, and contribute analysis and materials for due diligence, management review, and Board decisions.
Ensure all activities and work environments are safe, healthy and secure. Maintain confidential data securely with need-to-see access only.
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Master's degree is an advantage.
2-4 years of experience in a PMO, corporate strategy, transformation, business performance, or consulting environment.
Experience in project or initiative tracking, performance reporting, and preparing management-level materials.
Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) or equivalent is an advantage.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of portfolio and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI).
Full professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Clear written communication – able to turn data into a management-ready narrative.
Reliable follow-through on actions and deadlines without prompting.
