Job summary

PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life seeks a PMO Portfolio Analyst to monitor project portfolios, track milestones, risks, and issues, and enforce governance standards.

You will facilitate stakeholder coordination, report on resources, schedules, and budgets, maintain PMO templates and dashboards, and provide analytical insights on portfolio trends and execution risks to support post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing or Finance.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• 3–5 years in supporting cross-functional projects within a governance environment.
• Skilled in data analysis and project reporting using PMO templates and governance standards.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and accountability.
• PMO or project governance certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project portfolios by tracking milestones, risks, and issues
• Enforce PMO governance standards and project management methodologies
• Facilitate stakeholder coordination, track action items, and escalate issues
• Track and report on resource utilization, schedules, and budget status
• Maintain and update PMO documentation, templates, and dashboards
• Provide analytical insights on portfolio trends and execution risks
• Support post-implementation reviews to measure realized benefits
