Job summary

Grab in Medan, Indonesia, is seeking a Strategic and Planning Northern Sumatera Assistant Manager to drive analytics-based initiatives for the Northern Sumatera region. You will develop strategic plans, perform market analysis, and create dashboards to communicate findings.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience presenting complex findings to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in or with Indonesian markets, particularly Northern Sumatera regions.
• Understanding of regional economic trends in Northern Sumatera.

This position is intended to support the Operations Team by providing insightful data analytics, performance monitoring and project management of key initiatives. You will be reporting to the manager. The role will be onsite and based in Medan.
