GrabBike in Jakarta is seeking an Assistant Manager in Strategy and Planning to translate business priorities into territory plans across multiple cities, diagnose performance gaps, and identify growth opportunities.
Reporting to the Strategy and Planning Manager, you will build reports, dashboards (Power BI and in-house tools), monitor territory metrics, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with city operations, marketing, and demand teams.

Strategy and Planning is part of Territory Operations that serves as a critical partner, connecting country and functional priorities with city-level execution. The team steers Mobility performance across its operating markets, with responsibility for P&L, demand growth, supply reliability, and competitive intelligence.
Reporting to the Strategy and Planning Manager, you will support GrabBike's growth across a portfolio of cities in Sumatra, Java, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara. You will translate business priorities into territory plans, diagnose performance gaps, identify growth opportunities, and equip city teams with recommendations they can act on.
This role is based onsite in Jakarta and requires regular travel for market visits and leadership forums.
