Job summary

CamWebDir is seeking an Account Manager in Indonesia to develop and maintain long-term engagements with veterinarians, pet clinics, and pet owners. You will drive product knowledge delivery and identify opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize business impact.

You will analyze market trends, manage stakeholders, and ensure strong customer satisfaction through effective account planning and performance tracking. Remote work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development, preferably in Animal Health, Veterinary Pharmaceutical, Pet Care, or FMCG industries.
• Strong knowledge of the Companion Animal market, animal health products, veterinary customer channels, account management principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term engagements with veterinarians, pet clinics, pet owners, and other stakeholders.
• Drive our Company product scientific knowledge at Pet Clinics and to pet owners.
• Identify account stakeholders and understand their perspectives on our Company, competitors and opportunities.
• Develop plans for accounts addressing needs and competitive challenges.
• Leverage cross-functional internal resources to maximize potential.
• Drive omnichannel communication to increase contact with customers.
• Define account metrics and tracking plans and monitor performance.
• Maintain professional knowledge through publications, networks, and in-house expertise.
