Global Tiket Network is seeking a seasoned professional to manage B2B and affiliate partner relationships within travel tech. You will oversee hotel inventory API integrations, monitor performance metrics, and drive growth by collaborating with technical teams and internal partners.

The role emphasizes data analysis, understanding API-driven business models, and contributing to smoother go-lives for new affiliates.

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development.
Experience in travel tech, OTA, bed bank, GDS, or API-driven B2B environments.
Strong data analytical skills to interpret booking and performance data.
Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of B2B/affiliate partners integrated via our hotel inventory API and act as their main contact.
Monitor partner performance and proactively identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with partners' technical teams to troubleshoot API integration issues.
Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with partners to share performance insights and growth plans.
Collaborate with internal supply/contracting teams to improve hotel content, rates, and availability.
Track and report partner growth and escalate churn risks or dissatisfaction early.
Represent the voice of the partner to product/tech teams and feed back API gaps and feature requests.
Support onboarding of new affiliate partners with the integration/technical team to ensure smooth go-live.
