Job summary

tiket.com is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of B2B/affiliate partners and serve as their primary contact for day-to-day needs, including API integration coordination for hotel inventory.

You will monitor partner performance, conduct QBRs, drive growth initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize content, rates, and availability. 4–8 years’ experience and API fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development within travel tech.
• Strong understanding of API-based business models and integration flows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of B2B/affiliate partners and be their main day-to-day contact.
• Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with partners' technical teams to troubleshoot API integration issues.
• Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with partners to share insights and growth plans.
• Work with internal teams to optimize hotel content, rates, and availability for requested markets.
• Support onboarding of new affiliate partners and ensure smooth go-live.
