Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Indonesia seeks a Marketing Program professional to collaborate with the Sales Team on Trade Marketing, NPD, activation, and sales rallies across the specified Operation or Channel, aligning programs with market needs to capture opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Management, or Business.
• 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing or sales.

Responsabilités

• Socialize to Sales Team regarding NPD Launch Plan to ensure alignment and readiness from Sales team to execute the program
• Monitor product availability in each location to avoid any out of stock or overstock issues that impact to business performance
• Monitor daily/ weekly/ monthly product penetration in each area/ operation to review achievement versus target as per plan
• Implement action plan together with Sales Team to improve new product performance
• Distribute POSM to each CCOD/Sales Partner and collaborate with Sales Team to ensure utilization in market/outlet align with PICOS.
• Conduct Sales Rally agendas in respective region to ensure alignment between marketing plan with sales team in each respective Operation.
• Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed.
