Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Trade Marketing professional to drive channel strategy and partner collaboration across Modern Trade channels. You will develop promotional strategies, standardize POS materials, and oversee program execution in the field to meet KPI targets.

You will partner with Sales MT, Finance and Marketing Ops to ensure alignment, monitor spend, and prepare reports that drive higher sales volume and more effective trade campaigns.

• Experience in trade marketing and field activation.
• Ability to analyze market trends and shopper behavior.
• Strong collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Responsabilités

• Understand trade channel, shoppers and market trends to enable MT plan execution.
• Develop channel-specific promotion strategies for each market channel.
• Build partnerships to activate new trade marketing programs.
• Ensure programs are communicated to Sales MT, Marketing Ops and related teams.
• Review field execution to ensure programs meet the plan and KPI targets.
• Plan and evaluate Trade Marketing programs with Sales MT and Finance.
• Develop reports and analyses to boost sales volume and program effectiveness.
• Monitor DME utilization and align costs with the budget.
• Develop PICOS, POSM and POE standards for outlets.
• Oversee RED coaching score execution and related incentives.
• Foster high performance culture and manage subordinates via IDP.
