Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Marketing Program implementation role to collaborate with the Sales Team across Operations or Channels as per plan. The role focuses on NPD launches, product availability, and optimizing marketing initiatives to capture market opportunities and boost sales performance.

Responsibilities include socializing plans with Sales teams, monitoring stock levels and penetration, distributing POSM, and organizing regional Sales Rally activities to align marketing

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree from Marketing/ Management / Business.

Responsibilities

Socialize to Sales Team regarding NPD Launch Plan to ensure alignment and readiness from Sales team to execute the program.
Monitor product availability in each location to avoid any out of stock or overstock issues that impact to business performance.
Monitor daily/ weekly/ monthly product penetration in each area/ operation to review achievement versus target as per plan.
Implement action plan together with Sales Team to improve new product performance.
Distribute POSM to each CCOD/Sales Partner and collaborate with Sales Team to ensure utilization in market/outlet align with PICOS.
Conduct Sales Rally agendas in respective region to ensure alignment between marketing plan with sales team in each respective Operation.
