Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Supply Planning Manager in Bogor to lead capacity and demand balancing, manage inventories, and coordinate NPD launches. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with production and marketing to optimize supply chain performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply planning, strong knowledge of planning processes, and proficiency with SAP S/4HANA or similar systems. A manufacturing mindset and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Demand and Supply Planning processes, capacity and inventory management.
• Knowledge of Export/Import and their impact on planning.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other planning systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Capacity and Demand Management: optimize capacity utilization and balance demand with available capacity.
• Inventory Management: maintain inventory targets and address overstock/stockout risks.
• New Product Development (NPD) Planning: support timely execution of NPD projects and launch readiness.
• Raw and Packaging Material Supply Management: ensure availability of RMPM and manage supplier performance.
• Price Variance and Supplier Management: monitor price variance and optimize supplier strategies.
