Job summary

PT Mowilex Indonesia seeks an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead end-to-end planning across Demand, Capacity, Production, Material, Inventory, and DRP, ensuring reliable service and healthy working capital. You will drive demand consensus, translate requirements into feasible plans, and coordinate readiness for new products.

You will optimize safety stock and inter-warehouse transfers while embedding sustainability into planning decisions and leading a high-performing planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Operations Mgmt, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Supply Chain Planning/PPIC in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong competency in Demand, Capacity, Production, MRP, DRP, and Inventory Planning.
• Solid understanding of S&OP, RCCP, MPS, MRP, DRP, inventory optimization, and sustainable practices.
• Ability to balance service, capacity, inventory, cost, working capital, and environmental goals.
• Proven leadership, analytical thinking, business acumen, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, advanced Excel, data analytics; Power BI is a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated Demand, Capacity, Production, Material, Inventory, and DRP planning.
• Lead demand review and consensus forecasting to improve accuracy.
• Translate demand and distribution requirements into feasible capacity and material plans via RCCP, MPS, MRP, DRP.
• Coordinate readiness for new product launches across demand assumptions, inventory, and scheduling.
• Identify capacity, material, and distribution constraints and develop mitigations.
• Optimize safety stock, replenishment, stock allocation, and inter-warehouse transfers.
• Incorporate sustainability into planning decisions and reduce waste and emissions.
• Lead Supply Review, improve forecast accuracy, plan adherence, and working capital metrics.
• Develop team capabilities via ERP usage, data analytics, and structured problem solving.
