Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Supply Planning Manager in Bogor, Indonesia to optimize production capacity, balance demand with supply, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role focuses on capacity planning, inventory management, and NPD-related supply activities.

The candidate should have 5+ years in supply planning, proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, and strong English communication. This on-site position offers exposure to end-to-end planning, supplier management, and cost optimization

Qualifications

• Holds a minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Has at least 5 years of experience in Supply Planning or related roles.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Demand and Supply Planning processes including capacity and inventory management.
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA or other planning systems, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Optimize utilization of existing production capacity to meet demand.
• Review capacity and demand to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production and Marketing to address capacity constraints.
• Review and optimize Planned Orders to support stable production and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels in line with targets and manage overstock/stockouts.
