Qualifications

• Senior High School diploma or equivalent; administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, production, or logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong data control and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently with attention to detail in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

• Support QMS implementation and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000.
• Process and analyze production data, including OEE and other KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records and filing in the production area.
• Support daily production operations, including 5S and GMP adherence.
• Assist improvement projects and coordinate admin requirements.
