Job summary

You will identify suppliers, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with project teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, business, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven procurement, sourcing or purchasing experience, preferably in a project-based environment.
• Experience procuring services, materials, and integrated solutions.
• Strong supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for project materials, services and solutions.
• Identify, assess and select suppliers based on requirements and delivery capabilities.
• Coordinate RFQs, evaluate proposals and recommend sourcing options.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contractual conditions.
• Collaborate with project teams to define procurement needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and address delivery or quality issues.
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigations.
• Maintain procurement documentation and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues on complex matters.
