Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Specialist, Project Execution to lead complex Field Services customer projects from initiation through to completion. You will manage a cross-functional team, including design, planning, purchasing, contracts and on-site personnel, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety, quality, and financial targets.

You will drive project planning, risk management, and governance, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely revenue

Qualifications

• Engineering or Business University Degree required.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Field Services customer projects from launch to close.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (Design, Planning, Purchasing, Contract, On-site) to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, safety compliance and financial performance throughout the project.
• Manage customer relationships and third parties within project scope; ensure alignment with contract and specifications.
