Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong strategic procurement, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Experience in vendor and relationship management.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and globally minded with Business English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Strategic commodity management: implementing long-term strategies to maximize savings through expert negotiations.
• Process excellence and compliance with global P2P processes, procurement guidelines, and standardized IT systems.
• End-to-End supplier management: qualification, selection, performance evaluation, and development of suppliers.
• Stakeholder collaboration: partnering with internal customers for early procurement involvement and high-quality service delivery.
• Project and data support: providing supplier insights and evaluating projects to contribute to business success.
