Responsibilities

• Organize and manage sales activities to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate sales initiatives with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
• Collaborate with domestic and overseas sales and marketing teams to monitor and analyze market trends.
• Collect and evaluate information on market conditions, customers, competitors, and technology trends.
• Determine production allocation by product and customer based on sales trends, market conditions, profitability, and business strategies.
• Develop sales portfolios and supply strategies based on market growth, customer priorities, and profitability.
• Coordinate short-term, mid-term, and long-term production capacity adjustments with relevant departments.
• Analyze product costs and selling prices to establish pricing aligned with profit targets.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies within sales portfolios and supply plans.
• Prepare reports on strategy implementation and communicate outcomes clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for mid-term and overall business planning.
• Coordinate new product launches and promotional activities with sales teams and relevant departments.
• Resolve business issues and follow up on special assignments.
• Conduct domestic and international business travel for market research when required.
• Lead or participate in regular management meetings.
• Strengthen business relationships in key markets, including China and Taiwan.
