MatchaTalent is hiring a Sales Manager for the Accessories division in Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. You will drive the national sales strategy to expand market presence and share, building strong dealer and distributor partnerships and ensuring effective distribution, visibility and inventory management across retail channels.

The role requires 6+ years in sales within consumer electronics or IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years in sales within consumer electronics or IT, with 3+ in management.
• Strong channel management across MT and GT networks.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales dashboards; data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national sales roadmaps to achieve revenue and distribution targets.
• Manage and expand network of dealers and distributors across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT).
• Monitor competitor pricing, product trends, and market dynamics to optimize product positioning and sales strategy.
• Track stock movement and ensure product visibility, availability, and healthy inventory turnover at retail locations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retail partners and regional wholesalers to strengthen partnerships and support sales growth.
