• Coordinate short-term, mid-term, and long-term production capacity adjustments with relevant departments.
• Analyze product costs and selling prices to establish pricing aligned with profit targets.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies within sales portfolios and supply plans.
• Prepare reports on strategy implementation and communicate outcomes clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for mid-term and overall business planning.
• Coordinate new product launches and promotional activities with sales teams and relevant departments.
• Resolve business issues and follow up on special assignments.
• Conduct domestic and international business travel for market research when required.
• Lead or participate in regular management meetings.
• Strengthen business relationships in key markets, including China and Taiwan.

Jobs Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Language: Business-level English and Mandarin proficiency. HSK certification is not required.
• Experience: Sales or marketing experience in the electronic components industry, with proven sales experience required.
• Strong market analysis and strategic marketing skills.
