COSMO E&C CO. LTD. is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development professional for a contract role in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in Indonesia’s construction market. The ideal candidate will generate leads, support tender activities, and drive revenue growth, with a track record in factory/manufacturing facilities and building projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, especially factory/manufacturing facilities and building projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and engineering.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop opportunities related to factory, manufacturing facilities, and building construction projects.
• Conduct market research on potential clients, projects, trends, and competitors.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and tender documents.
