Job summary

PT China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia seeks an experienced Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support market research, identify opportunities, and coordinate development activities in Indonesia. The role requires strong networking abilities and the capability to build relationships with clients, partners, and government bodies.

The candidate should understand the Indonesian construction market, have 5+ years in marketing or BD, and be proficient in Indonesian and English;

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or business development.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction market and local pricing.
• Experience dealing with government agencies or SOEs preferred.
• Experience with Chinese-invested companies or EPC projects is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and monitor market information and industry trends.
• Identify construction, infrastructure, and EPC project opportunities in Indonesia.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, suppliers, and government institutions.
• Conduct market research and connect with personnel in industrial parks and government agencies for project opportunities.
• Support project marketing, business development, negotiations, procurement, and cost control.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in expansion strategies.
• Monitor local market prices for construction materials, equipment, labor, and subcontracting services.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support marketing and project acquisition.
