Job summary

Samudera is seeking a highly experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to manage all aspects of payroll processing on a fully remote basis. You will ensure accurate and timely payment of employees while complying with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations, and maintain payroll data integrity from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations, tax laws (PPh 21), and BPJS.
• Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records for new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and BPJS.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and government agencies.
• Administer payroll-related benefits and respond to inquiries.
• Liaise with HR and finance to ensure data accuracy.
