Job summary

You will ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws and company policies while partnering with the Corporate HR team.

The role covers end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations and guidance on HR policies.
• Coordinate performance management and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR data and records.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention.
• Identify training needs and coordinate the annual learning calendar.
