Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a senior advisory leader to head and manage large-scale projects from planning to completion. You will develop strategies, assess engagement risks, and review deliverables to challenge assumptions and drive conclusions.

You will support business development, advise on restructuring, M&A, fundraising, and recovery solutions, train and mentor teams, and build strong client relationships while contributing to the firm's growth and brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting.
• Experience in restructuring, financial advisory or M&A transactions.
• Strong financial modelling and project management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Confident, mature, agile and able to work effectively in a team.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in financial advisory firms, corporate or investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or business development, strategy or corporate finance within large corporations (for Manager level); Minimum 9 years' relevant experience for Senior Manager level.
• CFA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage

• Lead and manage large-scale advisory projects from planning to completion

• Support business development and identify opportunities with new and existing clients
• Advise clients on restructuring, M&A, fundraising and business recovery solutions
