• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting with GPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
• 3+ years of experience in major financial advisory firms or related to the offering.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Provide strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring.
• Support clients through financial distress and recovery initiatives.
