KPMG Indonesia Turnaround & Restructuring is seeking highly motivated professionals to join our advisory practice. You will help clients stabilize financial health and improve operational efficiency through restructuring planning and execution.

The role requires leadership, long-term client relationship development, and strong communication in English and Indonesian, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
• A minimum 12 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting firm
• Demonstrated strong leadership skill and has proven ability in cultivating strategic, long-term client relationships to drive business outcomes
• Possessed strong decision-making and strategic thinking by analyzing complex situations, anticipating challenges, and aligning actions with long-term business goals to drive effective, forward-looking results
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
• Showed ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively

Responsibilities

• Helping the client in terms of financial restructuring, operational restructuring including cost optimization and cost reduction strategies.
• Helping the client with turnaround planning and exit planning as well as the implementation.
• Providing cash and working capital management advise.
• Providing advise related to insolvency problem, including work with creditors and the courts to help companies maximize available value.
• Create an action plan for the pre and post financial restructuring process, along with contingency plans.
