KPMG Indonesia invites highly motivated professionals to join our Turnaround & Restructuring team. You will work with clients to improve financial health, steer restructurings, and support strategic outcomes in a dynamic market environment.

The role requires senior-level experience (4–8 years), strong leadership, and fluency in English and Indonesian, with a focus on client relationships and delivering action-oriented plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent with GPA ≥3.0.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting firm.
• Proven leadership and ability to cultivate strategic client relationships.
• Strong decision-making and strategic thinking to drive long-term goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with financial restructuring and cost optimization.
• Lead turnaround planning and exit planning, including implementation.
• Provide cash and working capital management guidance.
• Advise on insolvency matters, including creditor and court interactions.
• Create action plans for pre- and post-restructuring with contingencies.
