Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Senior Associate for its Restructuring and Insolvency Practice in Southeast Asia. You will perform financial analysis, help prepare restructuring proposals, and participate in creditor meetings, contributing to both restructuring and insolvency engagements.

You will gain exposure to debt realization, asset distribution, and judicial management matters, while collaborating with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team committed to client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with CA eligibility in Indonesia.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Restructuring and Insolvency, Audit, Corporate Finance, or Banking.
• Strong financial modelling and ability to analyse financial statements.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis of forecasts and assist in restructuring proposals.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and management discussions.
• Prepare restructuring plans and implement debt solutions.
• Assist liquidation activities, asset realization, and creditor interactions.
• Gain exposure to both Restructuring and Insolvency practices.
