The role includes driving purchasing strategy, evaluating suppliers, and coordinating monthly activity reports with the warehouse and procurement teams. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years of purchasing experience.
• Experience with vendor management and price verification.
• Ability to coordinate procurement with budget and administration.

Responsabilités

• Execute purchasing operations and administration ensuring vendor integrity and on-time delivery.
• Provide feedback to users to optimize budget and spend.
• Coordinate and validate goods requests with the available budget and requisitions.
• Coordinate invoicing and administrative tasks for procurement activities.
• Prepare monthly activity reports for the section head.
