Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking a procurement professional to manage requests by validating budgets, verifying pricing, and ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. You will provide budget optimization feedback and maintain purchasing databases, order follow-ups, returns, and invoicing.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in procurement, with strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills to optimize costs and evaluate suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to optimize costs and evaluate suppliers.
• Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage purchasing documentation, maintain accurate records, and follow up on procurement processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Validate budget availability and verify vendor pricing to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Provide purchasing recommendations and budget optimization feedback to internal users.
• Maintain purchasing databases and handle order follow-ups, goods returns, invoicing, and procurement administration.
• Evaluate existing vendors, identify prospective suppliers, and maintain strong supplier relationships and communication.
