Job summary

• Purchase operations and administration: manage goods requisition process, ensure vendor integrity, quality, price, and on-time delivery; provide feedback to users to optimize budget; coordinate and validate goods requests with available budget; conduct price verification; maintain purchasing database; follow up on ordering issues, invoicing, and returns; prepare monthly reports to section head.
