Job summary

The role covers buying engineering activities, budget coordination, price verification, database maintenance, and monthly reporting to the section head.

Minimum a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in purchasing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement purchase engineering activities on goods requisition to ensure reliable vendor integrity, best quality, best price, and on-time goods provision.
• Provide feedback and suggestion to user related to the requisition to optimize budget.
• Coordinate and validate goods request with the budget available.
• Conduct price verification with vendor.
• Provide and maintain purchasing database.
• Provide follow-up on ordering problems and/or goods return process with supplier.
• Provide follow up on the invoicing and administration handling for the procurement activities.
• Prepare monthly report to the section head.
• Arrange monthly activity report to warehouse section head.
• Doing additional task as required.
