Job summary

RTI Health Solutions, an RTI International subsidiary, seeks an Operations and Business Development Officer to join the Project and Proposal Operations team. This early-career role focuses on proposal follow-up, status reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across proposal operations and business development.

The successful candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in a related field with experience in business/health sciences.
• 1–3 years' relevant internship, admin, operations, or proposal support preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor proposal status and maintain pipeline information.
• Coordinate respond-to-RFP activities and ensure timely actions.
• Track client outreach, collect feedback, and support follow-up.
• Generate daily status reports for business development and proposals.
• Assist with ad hoc coordination and administrative tasks.
