Job summary

RS Firdaus seeks a Strategic Initiatives Officer to support execution of strategic initiatives and special projects across the group. You will collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights for decision-making.

You will conduct business, financial, market, and industry analyses, monitor project milestones, and prepare management materials and presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in strategic planning, business analysis, corporate strategy, PMO, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to analyze and interpret data and translate findings into clear business insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business, financial, market, and industry analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data related to business performance, strategic projects, CAPEX, investment, and other management initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, special projects, and business improvement initiatives across Firdaus Group.
• Monitor and track strategic project progress, milestones, deliverables, and action plans, including coordination and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports, executive presentations, business analysis, and supporting materials for management discussions and decision-making.
• Identify trends, opportunities, potential risks, and key insights from data and business information.
• Support the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and investment analysis when required.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic projects are progressing according to agreed objectives and timelines.
