Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and lifecycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Planner, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Experience supporting governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, or transformation initiatives is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools; strong communication skills in English.

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring medium-sized technology and business transformation projects.
• Coordinate activities across business users, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate when needed.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance artefacts.
• Prepare status reports, steering updates, and leadership presentations.
• Support budgeting, resource tracking, and vendor coordination as required.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance forums; document decisions and actions.
