Job summary

ABeam Consulting Indonesia seeks an experienced project leader to guide IT and operations transformation initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem solving, and excellent communication to manage diverse stakeholders in a dynamic consulting environment.

You will work from the office, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive adherence to ABeam PM methodologies while mentoring team members for continuous improvement, including AI adaptation.

Qualifications

• Strong Leadership Character, Fast Learner, Solution Oriented, Proactive, Presentable, Good communication and reporting skill.
• Logical Thinking, Has own opinion (not messenger character).
• Proactive mindset to continuously make improvement in self daily work, teamwork, and capability to efficiency improvement using AI adaptation is plus point.
• Work from Office Environment
• Experienced in Consulting Company or Finance industry, specializing in Operation and IT transformation
• Experienced in overall project management (Business requirement, IT and operation implementation) with proven track record and keeping up to date with industry standard practices
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze data and derive hypothesis logically
• Good communication and interpersonal skill. Not hesitate to discuss with Clients at equivalent level and good at constructing good relationship.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead project teams proactively, ensuring smooth execution, adherence to timelines, and successful delivery of IT and operational transformation projects.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate project health/status continuously, providing clear visibility and timely progress reports to supervisors and stakeholders.
• Problem Solving & Strategy: Accelerate problem-solving by objectively analyzing data, formulating logical hypotheses, and proposing actionable issue resolutions and monitoring approaches.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Proactively communicate with, manage, and facilitate high-level meetings with clients and business partners to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Team Collaboration: Foster an open, collaborative, and positive communication atmosphere among internal project teams and external parties.
• Methodology Adherence: Standardize and ensure the quality of overall project deliverables based on ABeam Project Management methodology.
• People Development: Commitment to continuous self-improvement (including AI adaptation and industry best practices) while actively mentoring and encouraging team members\' skill development.
