Job summary

JAPFA, a major agribusiness company, seeks an IT Project Coordinator in Indonesia to lead project scopes, plans, and stakeholder coordination. You will supervise internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure on-time delivery and quality across IT initiatives.

The role requires solid communication skills, a technical background in software/web tech, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Candidates with PMP/Prince2 are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven working experience as an IT Project Coordinator or Project Specialist in the IT sector.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalation to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
