PT Media Bersama Sukses (MBS Group) is seeking a Sales CCTV / Sales Executive to identify and develop sales opportunities for CCTV and security system products with new and existing customers. The role emphasizes client-focused solutions and meeting targets.

Based in Surabaya, you will conduct prospecting, presentations, price quotations, and close deals while coordinating with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Formación

• Minimum education: D3/S1, open to all majors.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development; experience selling CCTV, IT, networking, or security systems is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with interest in sales and good communication are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to conduct customer visits and work mobile; personal vehicle is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Search, identify, and develop sales opportunities for CCTV and Security System products to new and existing customers
• Conduct prospecting, canvassing, and visits to potential customers such as companies, factories, commercial buildings, contractors, and business partners
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate CCTV products and solutions
• Prepare price quotations, conduct product presentations, and follow up on prospects through negotiation and closing processes
• Maintain good relationships with customers and achieve set sales targets
• Coordinate with the technical team to support customer needs and solutions
