Requirements

• Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or other quantitative-based majors.
• 1 year of relevant professional experience, including internship experience within fast-paced environments such as Tech, Management Consulting, or FMCG companies. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel) with demonstrated ability to process unstructured data into clear, actionable insights.
• Prior experience or exposure in project management, gathering business requirements, rollout coordination, and transcript or feedback analysis.
