Job summary

Dayalima Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of client online assessment projects. You will be the primary liaison between enterprise clients, software development teams, and psychometricians to ensure tests run on schedule and in line with data privacy standards.

You will define competency frameworks, manage candidate data and invites, present findings to clients, and coordinate across internal teams for timelines and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Management Consultancy or corporate TA team.
• Proven client-facing or internal stakeholder management experience.
• Strong familiarity with psychometric testing, competency mapping, and mass candidate data management.
• Tech-oriented mindset with a curiosity for learning software features.
• Good conversational English and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define competency frameworks and configure online psychometric test batteries based on client needs.
• Manage bulk candidate uploads, dispatch assessment invites, track completion, and generate assessment reports.
• Lead project kick-offs, present assessment findings to client users, and conduct live platform demos.
• Coordinate across internal teams to align on timelines, feature updates, and customized proposals.
• Oversee junior team members on project logistics and support senior consultants as needed.
