Job summary

PT Daya5 Rekrutmen is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to manage end-to-end project delivery from contract signing to closure, based at our head office in North Jakarta.

You will collaborate with product managers to map delivery resources, develop training materials, oversee budgets, and support continuous improvement across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Consultant in a Consulting Firm or relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from contract signing to project closure.
• Create and maintain project budgets and margins under supervision.
• Collaborate with product managers to map delivery resources (facilitators, coaches, consultants, mentors).
• Work with Learning Business Partner to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support product managers in product creation, development, and reporting processes.
• Suggest and implement product development findings from deliveries.
• Develop and manage resources related to products (facilitators, coaches, consultants, mentors).
• Manage and develop a pool of project managers and supervise project implementation.

Job description

Managing all aspects of project delivery, from the contract signing to the project closure.

Responsible for creating and maintaining the project budget and margins under the supervision and approval of the Learning Business Partner.

Collaborate with product managers to map and prepare delivery resources related to specific products such as facilitators, coaches, consultants, and mentors.

Work closely with the Learning Business Partner to ensure the success of project delivery.

Collaborate with the CAM to win projects from new clients and leverage the current client portfolio. Supporting product managers in product creation and development, including creating the standard of material delivery and reporting processes.

Suggest and ideate any product development-related findings from project deliveries.

Support in managing and developing a pool of resources related to the products such as facilitators, coaches, consultants, and mentors.

Manage and develop a pool of project managers, and supervise and monitor project implementation.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or any related field.

At least 5 years of experience working as a Consultant in a Consulting Firm or a relevant field, which will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical thinking skills.

Proficient in both written and spoken English.

A passion for learning and development of people.

Willing to be placed in our Head Office in Kuningan, South Jakarta.
